This is for the whole Basic Series - a prerequisite for most other SOT workshops and events. This is the ground work for SOT and gives you Categories, CMRT and Cranial over 3 weekends.

Categories with Dr Sam Haitsma: Come and learn how to categories a person, correct the patterns and move them towards better health. Explores the concept of sacral occipital motion, CSF fluid dynamics, SI anatomy. Pre-blocking and blocking procedures as developed and researched by Major De Jarnette.

CMRT: Chiropractic Manipulative Reflex Technique with Dr Jo Sexton. CMRT is the visceral reflex work associated with SOT. Correcting organ position,motion and function to alleviate the potential underlying triggers for vertebral subluxations and health dysfunction.

Cranial: with Dr Darren Little: the intricacies of cranial motion, CSF fluid dynamics and basic cranial adjusting techniques and principals.

All weekends are heavily hands on.
