An update from SOTO NZ president, Dr. Rosina Walker (B.Chiro)- February 2024

Just like that, it's already February 2024.

We finished 2023, with the INCREDIBLE Dr Marc Pick teaching us Neurology over 3 amazing days last November. Everyone that attended the seminar loved it, and we would love to host Dr Marc and his lovely wife, Josie again. 

With the new year comes a new series of amazing SOT seminars. The Board is so excited to start our Basic Series with "The introduction to Categories", the 1st in our 3-part series. 

This seminar, presented by the amazing Dr Samantha Haitsma, to be held at the NZCC is just 4 short weeks away. Once you have completed the Categories seminar, you will defintely want to carry on with C.M.R.T. & Cranials, so register for all 3 TODAY. Payment plans available.

  • SOT Basic Exam 2024

    Basic Certification involves knowledge of Categories I, II and III of the S.O.T Manual and Seminar Series Session. On passing, the candidate may be invited to assist on the Table Education Team in Categories Sessions of the SOTO NZ Basic Seminar Series. 

    Basic certification may be undertaken after:

    - one year in practice

    -Sixty-four(64)hours of S.O.T study run by SOTONZ or its sister organisations around the world. (Full series consists of Categories, CMRT and Cranial)

SOT has been an active technique in Aotearoa New Zealand since 1945 (that we know of!).

Dates for the 2024 SOT examinations will be confirmed shortly.

We hold certification exams every year. These are internationally recognised qualifications and demonstrate your proficiency in Sacro-Occipital Tecnique, and are a great way for fellow SOT practitioners to know where to refer transferring clients.
